Luv Shah is the founder and CEO of Polygel Organometallic (Brunei) Sdn. Bhd.

He has over 22 years' experience in the Chemical Industry globally and has been instrumental in developing Polygel’s sales and distribution network in 50 plus countries.

Mr. Shah is a graduate of the 'Sydenham College of Commerce in Mumbai and an MBA from the prestigious 'SP Jain Institute of Management and Research', Mumbai.

Luv Shah is based in Singapore at the headquarters of Polygel Global.

Ranjeev Bhatia is a member of the board and has been involved with Polygel since 2008.

He is currently the Joint MD and Global Head of Sales for the Company.

Ranjeev has spent 0ver 20 years in leading financial institutions such as KPMG in New York and London prior to heading up the Middle East and India investment business for Arcapita, a global Private Equity firm headquartered out of Bahrain.

Ranjeev is a chartered Accountant from the UK and has studied at Cambridge University, the London School of Economics and St Stephens College Delhi.

Ranjeev Bhatia is based in Singapore at the headquarters of Polygel Global.

Gilbert Ligner is a Senior Executive with more than 25 years of experience of international business gained in the specialty chemicals and the polymer industries.

Gilbert joined Polygel in October 2017 where he is involved in global product management and is leading the sales efforts in EMEA out of Switzerland.

He has worked for several multinational companies in Switzerland: Sandoz/Clariant, Ciba SC, BASF and Intertek where he held roles as diverse as Global Head of Technical Services, Head of Global Operations, Managing Director, VP Emerging Economies, VP Global Material Sciences.

He has a background in biology/biophysics and a PhD in physical chemistry obtained in France, and complemented by business management programs at the Cranfield School of Management (UK) and the IMD of Lausanne (Switzerland). Gilbert Ligner is based in Switzerland at Vyridis A.G.

Dr. Ravindra Limaye is a seasoned techno commercial professional with More than 27 Years of experience in fast paced specialty chemicals & additives market.

Dr. Limaye is involved in global product management and is leading the sales efforts in India as well as the rest of the world.

Dr. Ravindra Limaye has worked for several multinational companies in India: Fine Organics, Ciba SC, and Herdilia Unimers where gained his experience and expertise in leading sales and marketing.

Dr. Limaye obtained his Ph. D. in Polymer chemistry as well as MSc in Organic Chemistry from University of Mumbai. Dr. Ravindra Limaye is based in India.

Dr. Alok Chaurasia is currently heading Research & Development of Polygel Innovations Pte, Ltd.

After pursuing his Ph.D. degree; he worked with eminent scientists in various fields of materials science, especially in the field of Organic, Advance Polymer, Catalyst and gained expertise and scientific orientation in several streams. He has published many original research articles & book chapters on materials science.

Additionally, Dr. Alok has worked in R&D of various companies.

Dr. Alok earned his Ph. D. degree in Material Science & Engineering from one of the world's top most universities; Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, after securing fellowship. He graduated from Indian Institute Of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur in 2005. He was awarded with "International excellent academic fellowship" from Carleton University (Ottawa) Ontario, Canada, January, 2006.Dr. AlokChaurasia is based in Singapore at the Headquarters of Polygel.

Dr. Anurag Agarwal is currently the Head of Technical & Product Development at Polygel Organometallic (Brunei) Sdn Bhd.

Dr. Agarwal has more than 19 years of experience in research and technical functions of Specialty Chemicals, Organic Intermediates and API & Bulk drugs.

He has vast experience in techno-commercial operations of Polymer additives chemistry.

Dr Agarwal has worked with various reputed organizations in India: Artek group, HPL Additives, Arch Pharmalabs, Jubilant Life Sciences and Morepen Labs where he gained his expertise in Research, Product development and Technical Projects.

He has also gained expertise in custom research and contract manufacturing (CRAMS).

Dr. Agarwal earned his PhD Degree in Organic Chemistry from Dayalbagh University in Agra.

Dr. Anurag Agarwal is based in Brunei at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for polymer additives, Organic titanates& derivatives and contract research & manufacturing.

Rupesh Kadu is currently the Works Manager of Polygel Organometallic (Brunei) Sdn. Bhd. where he plans and manages the manufacturing facility.

Mr. Rupesh has over 21 years of experience and expertise in factory management as well as maximising stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

Mr. Rupesh has a MBA in Marketing & Human Resources, an Engineering qualification in Production as well as a diploma in chemical engineering.

Rupesh Kadu is currently based in Brunei at our state of the art manufacturing facility for polymer additives, organic titanates& derivatives and contract research & manufacturing.

Kavita Chauhan is currently the Senior Sales Manager at Polygel Organometallic (Brunei) Sdn. Bhd. and is associated with Polygel since 2006 responsible for the sales and distribution activities of Organic Titanates.

Ms. Kavita has over 15 years of experience with sound knowledge of products handled and business environment. She is responsible for helping Polygel grow through new business opportunities, identifying and anticipating the needs of current and potential customers, drawing up a strategy to exchange products and services through proper distribution network, maintaining client relationships based on trust and excellent customer service.

Ms. Kavita is a graduate from Mumbai University, holds a diploma degree in foreign trade and MBA from IGNOU.

Ms. Kavita is currently based in Mumbai and also manages activities of office support team based in Mumbai.

Mr. Robert has 23 years of experience in Food and Pharmaceutical Ingredients industry. He is responsible for Sales, Technical Services & Product Management and he is a qualified and experienced in R&D, Quality Control and Manufacturing processes and stabilisation of Enzymes.

Mr. Robert completed his Diploma in Chemical Engineering in Natural Product Chemistry from HBLVA- Higher Federal and Research Institute of the Chemical Engineering Industry, Vienna, Austria.

Mr. Robert is currently based in Berlin, Germany.
