Polygel has a brand new state of the art plant in Brunei Darussalam and through its Joint Venture with Nerolac Group, three well-equipped manufacturing facilities in India. The India plants are located in Dadra and Taloja near Mumbai and Rudrapur near Delhi. All plants have an independent R&D facility as well as a quality control centre.
Designed with in-life process monitoring and control mechanisms with the lowest possible manual handling of materials; our manufacturing facilities strictly adhere to ISO 9000 / 14000/ 45000 standards as well as Statistical Process Control & Kaizen methodologies.

R & D :
Polygel filed its first patent in January 2019. The Company has recently established an R&D facility in Singapore in collaboration with the National University of Singapore. Not only does this provide Polygel access to cutting-edge developments funded by the Singapore government in the chemicals field, but also gives the Company access to various laboratory facilities at NUS and the associated input and guidance from the academic staff in the Chemical Engineering department.
