Our Board

Luv Shah is the founder and CEO of Polygel Organometallic (Brunei) Sdn. Bhd.

He has over 22 years' experience in the Chemical Industry globally and has been instrumental in developing Polygel’s sales and distribution network in 50 plus countries.

Mr. Shah is a graduate of the 'Sydenham College of Commerce in Mumbai and an MBA from the prestigious 'SP Jain Institute of Management and Research', Mumbai.

Luv Shah is based in Singapore at the headquarters of Polygel Global.

Ranjeev Bhatia is a member of the board and has been involved with Polygel since 2008.

He is currently the Joint MD and Global Head of Sales for the Company.

Ranjeev has spent 0ver 20 years in leading financial institutions such as KPMG in New York and London prior to heading up the Middle East and India investment business for Arcapita, a global Private Equity firm headquartered out of Bahrain.

Ranjeev is a chartered Accountant from the UK and has studied at Cambridge University, the London School of Economics and St Stephens College Delhi.

Ranjeev Bhatia is based in Singapore at the headquarters of Polygel Global.

Mr. Squires is a member of the board and looks after Polygel’s customer relationships in the Americas.

Jonathan has an extensive 35+year experience in all areas of investment banking, equity and debt capital markets and main board level corporate & strategic advisory.

Has appeared as an expert witness in valuation and equity claims.

He has closed over $1.8bn in M&A; and funding transactions, principally cross-border between Europe and US, and MENA and SE Asia.

Most recently, he was the head of private equity direct investment in emerging growth SE Asian companies for a private bank, and latterly a sovereign wealth fund in the Middle East, with board level representation at the investee companies.

Jonathan Squires is based in the United States.

Mr. Junaidi is a member of the board and is currently the Managing Director of Strategic Development Capital Fund at the Ministry of Finance and Economy (MOFE) of Brunei Darussalam.

He started his career as an investment officer as well as internal fund management in Brunei Investment Agency (BIA).

In 2006, Mr. Junaidi headed the Venture Capital & Strategic Investment division of BIA.Junaidi Haji Masri is based in Brunei Darussalam.

Dr. Abdul Manaf is a member of the board and is currently the Director of Darussalam Assets.

Dr. Manaf is also the Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy (MOFE) of Brunei Darussalam.

Dato Dr. Manaf started his career in government service and served in various ministries, including the Ministry or Primary Resources & Tourism, The Prime Minister’s Office, and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Dato Dr. Manaf graduated with a BEng (Honours) Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Leeds, United Kingdom, and an MSc degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from University of Bradford, United Kingdom.

He also holds a PhD in Management from Canterbury Business School, University of Kent, United Kingdom.Dato Dr. Abdul Manaf is based in Brunei Darussalam.
