Ashford Formula is a chemical concrete densifier that penetrates the concrete and strengthens the top surface from within. It reacts with the concrete to permanently densify the surface, improving hardness, durability, and long-term performance.

First developed in 1949, Ashford Formula is recognized as the original concrete densifier and has been used on concrete floors worldwide for over 75 years. Unlike coatings or surface sealers, Ashford Formula becomes part of the concrete itself. There is no film or membrane that can peel, chip, or wear away over time.

HOW IT WORKS

Ashford Formula penetrates the concrete and reacts chemically with the cementitious components. This reaction forms crystalline structures that fill pores and voids within the slab, resulting in a denser and harder surface.

APPLICATION

Typical coverage rate: Approximately 200 ft² per gallon (5 m²/L) depending on surface conditions. A single application is sufficient to permanently densify the concrete surface.
